First step is to download SteamCMD. Though for this we can use it download mods, too. Here's the official link for SteamCMD. After it's downloaded and extracted go ahead and run SteamCMD. This will pull up a command prompt window that looks like this. In the SteamCMD window type 'login anonymous' without the quotes.
