And should have something within your history indicating why it was removed. Check your Norton history. Personally I wouldn't have that app executing within startup. I would remove it from the windows startup as well as Norton then allow it to try and replicate. That in itself can cause issues. I was not aware that there was a feature called Download Insight. It's another example of software companies knowing what's best for me by making features I'm not interested in a default.
Windows is notorious for it. Now I find that Norton does it too. If a product is going to warn me about something, I want the warning to appear on my screen in real time when it happens; not somewhere in an endless list that's hidden 3 or 4 clicks away. I don't mind logs being kept, but warnings, file deletions and quarantines should be a little more obvious. That being said, I found some removals, quarantines, and so forth in the list back in April.
Since Twitch is working now, I have somehow, accidentally, thwarted the Insight software from doing something I don't want it to do.
